What is funny is that upon investigation of all complaints submitted via this website, none can be upheld due to the finding of NO true failures, therefore proving comments are simply being submitted on a regular basis by the competitor rather than the consumer. Very sad and an extreme display unprofessionalism

I met one of the girls who works on their phones out in a club. She told me she is commission only and because the advisers can't sell was offering tricks to make a living. The scammers are for real!!!!

I was called by a lady today and she promised me all types of things about their returns and licenses and reasons why I need to transfer my company pension scheme. I therefore checked with my Finance Manager who knows more about these things than me and he has said that EVERYTHING I was told was a complete lie and my 15 year Shell pension is much better where it is.

From the sounds of it everything below is true and I have had a really lucky escape. Surely something should be done to stop boiler rooms like these victimising innocent people like me?

Cold calling scammers got me today.....fooled me by calling from a mobile but it was the normal boiler room pitch. They didn't have a scoobie!!!! Scammers will be scammers................but these sink to lowest level possible

I feel sympathy for Credence. Just because someone cold calls you doesnt automatically make them a boiler room.

There are genuine, young guys out there trying to make a living. Not all of them want to rip you off. If you choose to accept their call and end up looking into their financial products then do your own due diligence. I accepted a call from a young guy called Ray there just now, yes his telephone manner was a bit poor, but I could hear that he is just doing a job and trying to get along in life like anyone of us.

I looked them up on google and low and behold, just as I found with all other wealth companies here there are loads of complaints and people branding them as hard sell boiler rooms! ridiculous. I will be attending a seminar they invited me to next week. I have no doubt they will attempt to ask me for a financial review or appointment of some kind after, but that is business?

I can CHOOSE to accept, CHOOSE to take a policy or investment or CHOOSE to say thanks but no thanks. Too many people want to point a finger just because they are using unqualified cold callers to drum up business.

Thats short sighted and prejudiced. Anyone that has never performed one of these roles or been in a company that uses a similar technique must have lived a very sheltered life indeed.

Mr Chris Ferguson now Director of an IFA called Credence Wealth in Dubai cannot be trusted He sold me a 25 year savings plan from Royal London 360 last year in Dubai telling me it was completely flexible after a couple of years and it was just what I needed to diversify my holdings.On top of this I was told I could take it back to the UK.Now Chris has left to run his own business I have been told the truth and that everything he told me was false. He came across as very trustworthy and an experienced sales man but I now see he is just like the ones he told me to avoid.This has caused me huge financial damage to me and my family.I just wish others don't do the same and regret ever having taken his advice.

The plans are flexible after the ICP. If you'd like to really understand how the policies work feel free to give me an email, from someone who doesn't even need to know your name...

therefore being no financial gain to me whatsoever.

The plans are international which means that you're able to keep contributing regardless of where you are in the world. After the ICP you are able to increase, decrease, start and stop the plan within the parameters given by the chosen institution.

Hi my name is Craig McConnon and when I steal money I steal it through my 'company' Prestige Wealth Solutions in Dubai and I do it through my lovely boiler room operation where I get all my guys to call all the new mugs that have just come to Dubai to sign up to schemes that get me bucket loads of cash.

I agree with the above and as they are all my mates they are helping me to steal your money too as this is a new company we set up and I am taking a share as it's all my ideas they are using.

Credence advisors are fully authorised in Qatar and the other many other countries in which they operate such as uk and dubai. All advisers are qualified to advanced standards and they are one of the biggest IFAs in the world

This is false. Credence advisors have not licenses anywhere.

They are an unlicensed British Virgin Island boiler room set up by a carbon credit selling *** man and his dishonest lackies.

Shame on them and their victims. This is easy to check with the regulators in the countries above.

Does anyone have the passport numbers for this guy or his band as the QFC are currently wanting all of these so they can stop the firms not licensed by them coming into the country? If anyone has them can you post them here so we can bring an end to this type of offshore scam?

You can get them by going to the Ministry of Labour and asking for the company information, they will give it to you for 50Dhs and it includes all the employees in the company that have visas (which I doubt they do)

I was called by these people as well and thiught they sounded genuine. The bloke was very proper and explained they are highly licensed in lots of places and employ the best sales guys.

He is due to visit us shortly and I hope he can help me as they have said they always get more than 15 percent which in this market is very good. Your comment isn't bAked up with any proof!

Myself and my colleagues have worked with two of the chaps from Credence (Mark and Chris), they have always been very knowledgeable and truly care about what the client wants and needs.Instead of selling me the standard 25 year plan Chris put in place a 15 year plan because of the bonuses I received and flexibility as apposed to the longer term one I was recommended by other companies (I am 44!).I would happily recommend the company to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and honest financial planner.If you want my phone number for a recommendation please don't hesitate to reply to this.Thanks again guys.

have you ever considered maybe it is a competitor being negative about the planner that I use? I have known them both personally for a number of years and not once was I "pitched".

Very professional from my experiences. If you would like a recommendation please feel free to request my details. The others know far too much about these guys for it not to be personal...Weddings? Owners of other companies?

Grow up it's just a competitor trying to slate other people.

Instead of standing higher than other's HE is obviously trying to lower them. Very bad effort.

This is quite categorically the biggest load of rubbish I have ever heard. Clearly this is a disgruntled employee who needs an attitude adjustment and finds it amusing to try and tamper with peoples lives.

Grow up and get a life you pathetic excuse of a person. If you have an issue with what I have said I would be more than happy to speak with you directly. Having said that, you probably wouldn't have the ability to speak to somebody face to face.

And no this isn't Chris Ferguson. This is somebody who respects him massively as a professional.
